Kiosks are staffed Courier Guy collection and drop-off counters at retail stores and depots. If your device is deemed completely unrepairable, the booking fee is retained to cover transit costs and your device is returned to your chosen locker or kiosk. R0.00 outstanding. Zero risk.

Every completed repair carries a 6-month warranty on the exact components and circuit areas we serviced. Voided only by physical impact, liquid exposure, cracked silicon, mining abuse, or broken lab seals.
Physical components are sourced at raw wholesale cost and passed directly to you. We charge zero markup on parts — ever. What we pay is what you pay.
Multiple faults on one device? You only pay the labour rate for the highest-priced tier. All secondary board faults on the exact same unit are fixed with 100% free labour.
